Was told that we would be able to use the same tickets for the game. Was persuaded on a few occasions that it is safe to plan travel and book hotel and everything will be ok. Never got my tickets, massively disappointed husband who had them from me as a Christmas present.

The ordering process was so simple and the tickets were delivered by registered post to my home. You have sent us copy of the tickets we sent you and we could reconfirm that they were located on the first floor so exactly as described, sold, confirmed and delivered to you. You sold to me Premium Platinum, but delivered Category 2 tickets.
The team responded to queries promptly and went over and above expectation. I was assisted with how to obtain the Hayya card and with the general entry requirements into Qatar. Paid for x3Tickets for today Q final over a month ago. We are in the business lounge @ Hamad Airport with no tickets!!

We tried paying by card and explained our problems having flown from SA to the UK for the FA Cup Final. Alex sent her driver to meet us with the tickets and pay cash which they don't do. Totally unfair as game was postponed due to extraordinary event. Yesterday I came with two of my children to Spain, Valencia to look Valencia-Betis.
